Precision die casting

The Canning Die Makers build their highest end molds in hard metal, as they guarantee better performance and stability in the extremely small tolerances required during its use.

At FMD CARBIDE, we manufacture hard metal preforms with complex geometries directly using the three-dimensional solids files sent to us by our customers. Our CNC Milling machines can reproduce the complex geometries with great detail and tight tolerances in order to minimize the later costs of grinding.

Additionally, we also carry out some finishing works, with like grinding, or welding steel plugs to be threaded later by the customer.
