Cold Rolling

Traditionally, the originals guide roll, and straighteners initially included in the new machines that deform, form, and weld wire for manufacturing steel structures and electro welded wire meshes are made in steel.  These components suffer a great deal of wear and tear inherent in the process, making them ideal candidates to be replaced with replacement parts made in hard metal.

The Electro Welded steel mesh manufacturers and the machinery ones, pushed by their customers, increasingly demand that spare parts be manufacture in hard metal, a material which offers an optimal result against wear.  Components made of hard metal have a longer useful life than the original ones in steel. This results in less maintenance time, less down time, and an improvement on the quality of the final product, as dimensions are kept more homogeneous.
